Without an integration, a card payment can leave someone searching the bank portal, finding the invoice, recording the payment and checking that the payout matches. Go2Payments connects those steps so your team can spend less time on payment administration.
Connect an eligible online card-payment account from your existing bank or payment provider. You don't need to open a separate merchant account just to accept card payments in Xero.
Your bank or payment provider continues to process and settle the transaction under your existing merchant relationship. Fees and settlement timing stay as agreed with them.
When a customer pays a Xero invoice, Go2Payments records the payment against that invoice and updates its status.
See the payment reference and destination account clearly, so your team has less manual searching and matching to do.
Use the payment method that suits the job. Xero invoice payments are posted to Xero; Pay by Link and Pay Now page payments stay visible in your Go2Payments dashboard.
Add a card payment button to your Xero invoices. Your customer pays online, and Go2Payments records the payment against the invoice once it's approved.
Create a secure link with the amount, customer details and reference. Send it by email, text or WhatsApp for deposits, one-off work, phone orders and overdue invoices.
Give customers a branded page where they enter an amount, a reference and their details. Add it to your website, email signature or customer messages.
Enter the connection details for your existing online card-payment account.
Sign in through Xero and choose the organisation and bank account to use for payment records. We never receive your Xero password.
Send a normal Xero invoice with card payment turned on, create a Pay by Link, or share your Pay Now page.
The customer pays on your provider's secure page. After approval, the payment appears in Go2Payments and the Xero invoice is updated.
Payment approval, settlement timing, refunds, disputes and declines remain subject to your bank, acquirer or payment provider's rules and agreement.
One monthly price for the software. Card fees, settlement and other terms stay as agreed with your bank or payment provider.
